Sault is full of field of lavande fine a precious tupe of lavender.Because the area is at a higher altitude,it blooms later than the lavender further south.

The ochre village in the heart of the Luberon. Roussillon is located in the heart of the biggest ochre deposits in the world and is totally unique. Enjoy city walking finding the traditional ochre houses under the blus sky of Provence!
