Conditons
– Reservations are compulsory for all excursions.
– Price per person(Minimun of 2 people for departure)
– Pick-up and return at Avignon tourist office.
– Excursion in air-conditioned minibus with guide-driver.You will get some information in the car.
– You can walk around individually in the city.
– 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggages should be small enough to be carried on your lap. Costs incurred transferring extra luggage must be covered by you.
Cancellation fees
– Less than 48 hours before departure 20% of the tour price
– Less than 24 hours before departure 40% of tour price.
– Same day 100% of tour price. No refund for any client who voluntarily discontinues any of the tours or misses the tour due to late arrival.
– The entrance tickets, meals are included when indicated. We can not be responsible in case of delay,strike,closed establishment, weather condition, strong wind , loss or theft of any personal belonging.
– In case of clients delay,the driver will only wait for a maximun of 10mins. Provence travel can not be held responsible for delays due to the traffic conditions.
Payment
–Please pay in cash on the day
– Half price for children 3 to 10 years old.
– Free for children under 2 years old.
